Heroes, Heroines & History is a gathering place for 31 historical romance writers and the people who love reading that genre.
The first of daily posts went live February 1, 2013 under the banner Christian Fiction Historical Society (CFHS). In February, the authors introduced themselves. In March, we started with giveaways every day, ending with a Kindle for the grand prize. On August 8, 2014, the redesign was launched with a new name Heroes, Heroines & History and more give-aways, but with the same great research and information. Posts, full of historical tidbits, and books span centuries so whatever era you prefer.
I wrote on the 27th of each month. from February 1, 2013 to February 27, 2017. My topics included, The Harvey Girls, Indian Detour Couriers, Women and Bicycles, Little Known Facts about Colorado, Women Prospectors of the Old West, Games and Toys, Keeping House in Old Texas, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Remarkable New Mexico Women, Chimney Rock, and Harper's Magazine in 1890's, and much more.
